1. Can I get a refund for an exam voucher?
YES. Refunds for exam vouchers are handled on a case-by-case basis. While it is possible to request a refund, approval depends on the specific circumstances of the purchase and the current status of the voucher.
2. Under which conditions is a refund NOT possible?
A refund is strictly not possible if any of the following conditions are met:
- Used/Redeemed: The voucher has already been used to book or take an exam.
- Expired: The voucher has reached or passed its expiration date.
- Assigned: The voucher has already been linked or assigned to a specific candidate’s profile.
3. How long do I have to request a refund?
For most services and vouchers, you should reach out within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period or once a service has commenced may not be eligible for a full refund.
4. Can I get a refund if I fail my exam?
No. Global IT Success provides the voucher and training materials, but we do not offer refunds based on the outcome of the exam. Most certification bodies require a new voucher purchase for retakes.
5. What happens if my voucher expires before I use it?
Once a voucher expires, it loses all its value. We are unable to process refunds, extensions, or replacements for expired vouchers as per the strict policies of the certification providers.
6. How do I initiate a refund request?
You can initiate a request through either of the following channels:
- Via Your Dedicated Executive: Contact the sales executive or account manager from whom you purchased the voucher. They will guide you through the process and help expedite your request.

7. How long does it take to get my money back?
