Question 1

What is a PMI Exam Voucher?

Accepted Answer

A PMI exam voucher is a prepaid credit used to cover the cost of your certification (such as PMP, CAPM, or ACP). Unlike other providers that use generic codes, PMI vouchers are typically assigned directly to your PMI ID . This ensures the voucher is securely linked to your account and cannot be used by unauthorized parties.

Question 2

Are the PMI exam vouchers sold by Global IT Success authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Global IT Success is an authorized and trusted certification voucher provider. All vouchers are genuine and can be redeemed directly on PMI's official exam registration platform.

Question 3

What is the difference between PMP and CAPM certifications?

Accepted Answer

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is an entry-level credential ideal for those new to project management, requiring no prior experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) is an advanced certification for experienced project managers with significant hands-on experience and education prerequisites.

Question 4

Which PMI certification is right for me?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your experience and career goals. Beginners can start with CAPM, intermediate professionals can pursue PMP or PMI-ACP, while seasoned managers can aim for PgMP or PfMP. Global IT Success experts can help guide your choice — reach them at info@globalitsuccess.com or +91-8750500138.

Question 5

Is customer support available if I face issues with my voucher?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Global IT Success provides 24/7 support via phone, WhatsApp, and email. You can call +91-8750500138, email info@globalitsuccess.com, or chat at wa.me/918750500138 for prompt assistance.

Question 6

How does Global IT Success compare to buying directly from PMI?

Accepted Answer

Global IT Success offers the same authentic PMI exam vouchers at discounted prices — up to 17% lower than official PMI rates — making it a cost-effective alternative. With a 4.9-star Google rating and 250+ positive reviews, it is a trusted choice for IT professionals looking to save on certification costs.

Question 7

Which PMI certifications can I book with these vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Vouchers are available for all major PMI certifications. Important: Each voucher is specific to a certification type and membership status (Member vs. Non-Member). Please ensure that you have identified the correct exam (e.g., PMP®) and your membership status before purchasing to ensure the credit aligns with your PMI account.

Question 8

How do I use my PMI voucher? (ID Assignment Process)

Accepted Answer

To use your PMI voucher, ensure your exam application is approved, then add both the PMI Membership and the Certification Exam to your cart. Because the voucher is assigned directly to your PMI ID, the system will automatically recognize the credit during checkout. Simply select the applied voucher at the payment stage to bring your total balance to zero before finalizing your booking.

Question 9

How long is my PMI voucher valid?

Accepted Answer

PMI vouchers are linked to your one-year eligibility period . Once your exam application is approved, you have one year to use the credit and sit for the exam. Please confirm the specific expiration date of the current voucher batch with your executive before finalizing your purchase.

Question 10

What is the policy for rescheduling or cancelling my PMI exam?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule or cancel your exam through your myPMI dashboard or by calling Pearson VUE at least 48 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 30 days of the exam date incur a US$70 fee , while changes made more than 30 days in advance are free. If you wait until the final 48 hours, you cannot change the appointment and will forfeit the entire exam fee. (Check latest policy on Pearson Vue website.)

Question 11

What is the PMI Retake Policy if I fail?

Accepted Answer

If you fail the exam on your first attempt, you are permitted to retake it two more times within your one-year eligibility period. Important: A standard voucher covers only one exam attempt . Fees: Re-examination fees apply for every subsequent attempt, and a new retake voucher must be purchased.

Question 12

What if my voucher does not appear at checkout?

Accepted Answer

If you reach the payment page and do not see the credit applied to your PMI ID, please contact your executive immediately. Ensure that the email address you provided matches your PMI profile. We will coordinate with PMI to verify the assignment and ensure your booking is successful.
