Vouchers once sold, cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Exam Vouchers offered by Globalitsuccess are valid from 6 months to 12 months and Oracle vouchers are valid from 4 months to 6 months from the date of purchase. You must attend the exam prior to the voucher expiration date.
